Make48 is a 48-hour invent-a-thon weekend in which teams of 2 to 6 must plan, create prototype, and pitch a new idea. The theme for our event was "Outdoor Play" and we were tasked with developing a new outdoor game that was portable, affordable, and easy to learn and play. My team came up with "Bunkee Ball", a hand-craned ball launcher game with several variations of game play and no electronic parts.

About This Project

Tasks set forth in Make48 included  creating branding, a prototype, sales sheet with real-world projections, promotional video, and presenting a sales pitch. Bunkee Ball utilizes a crank mechanism in order to operate without electricity. "Crank it up!" is the tagline, which was fitting for this exciting, fast-paced game. The logo was designed to be playful and show movement.
